The Cyclone has a fiberglass housing with a heavy duty pully & bearing assembly. Six paddle aluminimum blade. Six directional air flow deflectors are included. Ships fully assembled, except for the air flow deflectors which are attached & adjusted on the job.

Exhaust Fans - 72” FIBERGLASS
These efficient exhaust fans can produce 65,000 CFM on high speed and as low as 10,000 CFM on low speed. Variable speed frequency drives are an option for even better efficiency and optimum performance.
Our fiberglass housings and cones are thicker and stronger than your average exhaust fan. The discharge cones are also shorter than many competitors, which helps prevent ice, snow, and weather damage in actual farm conditions.
Units are sold complete, but the discharge cones and guards are assembled during installation.

Roll Curtain Systems
VES Environmental Solutions, LLC. has partnered with Lock Drives of Germany to supply you with simply the best curtain system available in the world today. The heart of the system is the Lock Drives proven European technology for the last 50 years. We then add in our high quality aluminium extrusion, tube designed to keep the curtain rolling straight, even over long distances. This curtain system is the easiest and quickest to install, which in turn means a lower installed cost. The aluminium keder, hanging strip, roll tubes and splice give you great corrosion resistance. Our roll curtain system has great versatility and our standard components can be used in the following configurations.

 BOTTOM OPENING, ROLL UP FROM BOTTOM:
This system is the lowest cost and easiest to install. You install the Keder strip along the top header and then slide the curtain into the groove on the keder strip. You then slide the bottom roll bar onto the lower part of the curtain. The aluminium splice is used to hold the roll bars together. The aluminium roll bar has recessed grooves for screws to hold the splice and curtain to the roll bar. You then attach the wind pipe brackets and wind pipe. Then you can attach either the power or manual drives. The drives can be mounted at one end of the opening or at the center of the opening, operating a length of curtain from each side of the drive. Depending on the height of the curtain and the configuration of the drive, we can run this system up to 500’ lengths. Besides having a low install cost it will have a low cost when it comes time to change or repair the curtain.

 TOP OPENING BOTTOM ROLLING:
This system is covered under the Lock Drives Inc. patent. The bottom roll is stationary and the drive is a closed loop system with pulleys that allows the curtain to drop from the top. The advantage to this system is by opening from the top in the winter time you do not draft animals or people that are located close to the curtain opening. The disadvantage is the added cost of pulleys, cable and clamps and the extra time it takes to install the system. Depending on the height of the curtain and the configuration of the drive, we can run this system up to 500’ lengths.

 BOTTOM OPENING, DOUBLE ROLLING
CENTER ROLL TUBE:
This system works similar to the bottom and is recommended when you have over 8’ openings that you are covering. The other advantage is you double the opening speed with a center roll up system. The center roll also provides extra support against wind. You need an additional roll tube for this system and 2 curtain sections. This increases the purchased cost and the installation cost. Depending on the height of the curtain and the configuration of the drive, we can run this system up to 330’ lengths.

 TOP OPENING DOUBLE ROLLING:
This system works similar to the top opening except the center roll tube is usually run with a long telescoping arm. The advantage is covering a large opening with one system, the increased speed and extra support for strength against the wind. The disadvantage is added cost. Depending on the height of the curtain and the configuration of the drive, we can run this system up to 330’ lengths.
